Joe and I are in the process of buying the house that once belonged to my grandma. I truthfully have mixed feelings about it, excited to finally buy a house, scared to be so much in debt, and extremely sad that it's my grandma's house and she's not there. On February 28, 2008 she lost her fight with lung cancer. I miss her every day, but I think that she would be happy to know that Joe and I are buying the house and fixing it up. I hope that everything we plan to do would make her proud.
With this blog I plan to post updates of the process of buying the house, as well as pictures of any changes we make and any additions we add.
